New Austin Listings increased 10.1 percent to 3,183. Pending Sales were up 13.6 percent to 2,627. Inventory levels rose 1.2 percent to 7,454 units. Prices continued to gain traction. The Median Sales Price increased 10.6 percent to $237,500. Days on Market was up 4.9 percent to 47 days. Sellers were encouraged as Months Supply of Inventory was down 0.8 percent to 2.9 months. Average Sales Price had the hightest year of year increase going back 12 months.
