New Austin Listings are at 3,043 units. Home prices continued to climb in November 2016, but at a slower pace than in previous months. In the Austin-Round Rock MSA, median home price increased 7.0 percent year-over-year to $294,245, while median price in the city of Austin increased 4.0 percent year-over-year to $342,000. The exception was Williamson County, which experienced a 12.1 percent annual increase in median price to $275,000.

 

 

Home sales statistics are released on a monthly basis. The inventory of homes for a market is measured in months, which is defined as the number of active listings divided by the average sales per month of the prior 12 months.
