New Austin Listings increased 7.9 percent to 1,834. Pending Sales were up 7.3 percent to 1,909. Inventory levels fell 5.1 percent to 6,064 units. Prices continued to gain traction. The Median Sales Price increased 11.2 percent to $269,000. Days on Market was down 3.7 percent to 61 days. Sellers
were encouraged as Months Supply of Inventory was down 12.0 percent to 2.2 months.
