New Austin Listings increased 10.0 percent to 4,605. Pending Sales were up 18.3 percent to 3,419. Inventory levels fell 1.3 percent to 8,246 units. Prices continued to gain traction. The Median Sales Price increased 6.5 percent to $261,000. Days on Market was up 2.1 percent to 42 days. Sellers were encouraged as Months Supply of Inventory was down 7.7 percent to 3.1 months.
