As the executor of my father’s estate, I was responsible for selling my father’s house. My son recommended Violet Leff, who had helped him purchase his house. After working with her, I understand why he spoke so highly of her. She is an amazing realtor who more than earns her commission. After viewing the house, she suggested what work could be done to help the house sell quickly. She met me at Home Depot and Lowes to help me choose fixtures, flooring, and paint. She sent me alerts about sales as well as a list of contractors. My emails and questions were answered quickly and I regularly received alerts when other homes in the neighborhood were put on the market. Whenever I was overwhelmed, she calmed me down. She spent hours staging the house. I had an offer in less than a week after placing the house on the market. Violet continued to work tirelessly to ensure that the closing went smoothly. After the closing she took me out for coffee, well aware of the bittersweet feelings I would have after selling a home that my parents had lived in for well over 20 years. She is an incredible realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house.
“Home is where the heart is”… where we gather with family & friends, and create memories. But it’s a lifestyle choice that dictates if it’s a house, condo, apartment or even a ranch that you call home. Buying, selling, investing, or leasing are huge financial decisions. You need a trusted advisor to guide you through the process. My business model is simple, I focus on quality of service not quantity of transactions. That’s how I provide exemplary service to my clients. As my client you are assured of my professionalism, honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and creative marketing.
Originally a New Yorker, I moved to the SF Bay Area shortly after college, where I earned my MBA in marketing. Then headed to Silicon Valley where I spent many years as a high-tech marketing and communications director helping companies grow their business and solve customer problems. While working for AMD and Cirrus Logic I had the opportunity to make many trips to Austin, and in late 2003 made it my new home.
An Austinite for over 15 years, I love seeing all the new exciting changes taking place here. It’s a vibrant and eclectic community offering residents so many lifestyle choices. When not working, I volunteer as a career advocate and speaker for Dress for Success Austin, a nonprofit helping women achieve financial independence through career guidance, a support network, and professional attire. I also enjoy cooking, entertaining, concerts and spending time with my sweet dog, Jenny!
The strategy, problem solving, communications and negotiation skills I acquired as a professional business marketer now serve my real estate clients well. I’ve helped boomers downsize, millennials buy their first homes, and growing families move up to their next home. How may I help you with your real estate needs?
